7th DMS Annual Workshops

Preparations are well underway for the
Workshops which will be held in Sydney and Melbourne just prior to AIME.
We have many of our leading Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and
Hotel business partners coming to Australia and all are looking forward
to meeting you!

DMS prides itself on surviving in the
industry for over 15 years, with an impeccable reputation for
professionalism and discretion. Below are a few things you might
be interested to know about DMS (and never thought to ask!):
• DMS does not EVER disclose to any incentive companies what business
other incentive agents are quoting or working on. We respect our
customer’s right to privacy and absolute discretion.
• In a tender situation where more than one agent has contacted our DMC,
the DMCs will not advise which other clients are quoting, and will
respond to each brief and treat it as a separate enquiry.
• DMS is a free service to the incentive companies. So whether you go
direct to the DMC or through our office, the cost is the same to you.
DMS’ income is generated from annual retainers paid by our DMC business
partners and not by commission.
• DMS does not handle any monies for groups – all money transactions
between Australian agents and the overseas DMCs are handled directly
between the two parties.
• DMS only works with DMCs who are financially sound and have
appropriate insurance.
• DMS works as an extension of their overseas DMC business partners to
assist you in putting together the very best program for your clients.
