Ireland - Odyssey International
Join
in Guinness’ 250th birthday celebrations
Next year Guinness will be celebrating its 250th
birthday. There are few beers that can claim such an illustrious history as Guinness. In 1759 Arthur
Guinness bought a four acre patch
of land by the river Liffey in Dublin city to set up his
brewery. 250 years later, you can still
visit this same brewery, where you can savour the best pint of Guinness you have ever tasted. Enjoy that
perfect pint at the very top of the Storehouse in the
Gravity Bar, Ireland’s number one international visitor
attraction. With the best panoramic views of Dublin,
suites at the Guinness Storehouse are also available for
exclusive hire for dinner and entertainment – perfect
for incentive groups.
KILLARNEY – Dublin’s heaven on earth
To
complement any program to Dublin, what about a visit to
Killarney, County Kerry? This area is a striking
panorama of deep blue lakes, wild mountainous
landscapes, rugged coastline and sub-tropical flora. It
is often referred to as the kingdom, as it is believed
to be the closest thing to heaven on earth. The Gap of
Dunloe is a beautiful glacial valley in the
Macgillacuddy Reeks mountain range, which dominates the
skyline of Killarney. Enjoy an energetic walk or cycle
its exhilarating path – the scenery all around the
famous Lakes of Killarney is breathtaking.

Scandinavia
(Copenhagen) - First United A/S
Eurovision Meets Incentive
First
United recently prepared a team building activity of a
different kind. Think Eurovision meets Mozart meets
incentive.
The result was a symphony orchestra!
An orchestra is perhaps one of the finest examples of
combining together as a team. Not only do the musicians
have to work alongside each other for long periods –
they also have to communicate at a much deeper level
than would normally be the case and they need to be
"tuned in" to each other. The orchestral experience is,
in other words, a rare learning opportunity.
The event is a powerful and emotional musical challenge,
where the focus and the core approach is collaboration,
culminating in complete cooperation under the
conductor's baton.
